Cottage cheese donuts
Doughnuts turn out very fluffy and tasty. And cottage cheese is not felt. Are prepared quickly. Even cold, the donuts are very tasty and keep their shape.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    0.5 kg

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.7 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla

In a deep bowl, lay the cheese and break the eggs.

Add the sugar and vanilla.

In the end the flour, salt and soda. And all the ingredients mix well.

We fry the donuts in hot oil. The temperature of the donuts should not be too low and not too high. This is to ensure that the donuts were well cooked. You can also fry the doughnuts in deep fat, (but I don't really like), they are certainly nice, but absorb very much oil. And I prefer doughnuts frying in a normal pan with a little oil. To make donuts you need to take in about one teaspoon of dough, roll into a ball, and then from the ball to make the flagellum, and connect the edges. This has to happen.

Now we can fry the donuts. Put them into a frying pan and fry the doughnuts on both sides until Golden brown.
