Pancake pie with two cheeses
Traditional Russian pancakes can act as an independent dish, and with various additives and sauces. Today I made a cake of yeast pancakes with soft cheese, parsley and garlic, baked in the oven and with cheese.

Ingredients

Make the dough. Take high the dishes, pour warm water, add sugar, stir and put the yeast. Join and give the yeast a little "crazy".

Add the warm milk, egg and sunflower oil, salt. Combine with a whisk.

Mix thoroughly and put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. I'm making a little oven.

Bake pancakes. For the cake I made pancakes ~ 15 cm. It is half a ladle of dough. The dough is well spread out and evenly placed on the pan. Pour started from the center of the pan. A well-heated pan, grease was a slice of bacon to each pancake. Fry on one side.
