Traditional Russian pancakes can act as an independent dish, and with various additives and sauces. Today I made a cake of yeast pancakes with soft cheese, parsley and garlic, baked in the oven and with cheese.

Cooking
Make the dough. Take high the dishes, pour warm water, add sugar, stir and put the yeast. Join and give the yeast a little "crazy".
Add the warm milk, egg and sunflower oil, salt. Combine with a whisk.
Mix thoroughly and put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. I'm making a little oven.
Bake pancakes. For the cake I made pancakes ~ 15 cm. It is half a ladle of dough. The dough is well spread out and evenly placed on the pan. Pour started from the center of the pan. A well-heated pan, grease was a slice of bacon to each pancake. Fry on one side.
Overturn easily and Dozhivem.
Make filling while dough stands "on the way". Put cheese in a bowl, break egg and add salt. Squeezing a clove of small garlic. Connect.

Chop the parsley finely, add to cottage cheese and mix well.
Of this amount, turned out the test 11 PCs pancakes ~ D-15 cm. Take a plate or dish suitable for the oven. Put the pancake on a dish. Coat each pancake and stacked smooth pile.
On the top pancake generously spread grated cheese. Put the pie in the preheated oven until t 180 C for 15 minutes.
