Ingredients

  • Peach

    400 g

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Lemon

    2 Tbsp

  • Egg white

In a saucepan pour the strained juice from the peaches. Bring water to a liquid volume to 450ml.
