Don't laugh at me, but when my husband asked me to make sausage rolls, I was a bit surprised, and had to improvise. It turned out so delicious that I want to share with you this simple recipe that is quick to prepare and just as quickly there :)

For this dish the puff pastry should be thawed, a little roll out and cut in half.
On the dough to put the onion sauce from Kikkoman. This is an incredibly rich sauce which just transformed a simple recipe))
Spread the dough with sauce Pecorino of finely grated Romano (hard Italian cheese with a delicate smoked flavor)
In the center put your favorite brand of sausage.
Fix the edges, make cuts on top and cover the onion sauce.
Lay out sausage rolls in a baking dish, brush with the beaten egg.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
