Rice salad with feta and grapes
As always, easy and quick recipe. Besides delicious and nutritious. More suitable for spiritual gatherings in the company of women.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Grapes

    10 piece

  • Feta

    40 g

  • Red onion

  • Parsley

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Cashews

Cooking

Boil the rice until tender, as recommended on the package. I have Basmati Mix "Mistral", boil it for 15 minutes

Slice the grapes and remove the seeds

Chop onions

Cashew nuts fry on a dry pan

Feta cut into cubes

Parsley shred

Add to rice feta

And all the other ingredients oil, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well.
