Ingredients

  • Yeast

  • Oat flakes

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.333 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.333 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Jam

    150 g

Cooking

Apples cut into thin slices, add sugar, cinnamon, butter and lemon juice.

In bread machine add all the dough ingredients and leave to rise in the Dough.

Make oatmeal streusel. Oatmeal Extra TM Mistral grind blender.

Cereal mix with sugar, cinnamon and butter in small grains.

To cut the dough into small buns. Each roll out into a pancake, mid put the Apple filling.

To take to the middle of the edges of the dough seam side down and spread on greased baking sheet.
