Creamy fruity jelly
Delicious, sweet, bright jelly)

Ingredients

  • Jam

    3 Tbsp

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 tsp

  • Gelatin

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    250 ml

For dessert, I used two types of jam Mahe

Pour the gelatin water and leave to swell for 30 minutes. Then heat, without boiling, and stir the lumps

When gelatin is ready, mix it with preserves (jam, if desired, can be slightly diluted with water so not too thick)

Fill in the form the first layer. I have blueberry

After the first layer of jelly hardens, pour the second layer. In my example, it's sea buckthorn

After hardening of the second layer sour cream mixed with powdered sugar, add quantity to taste, after you add the gelatin, stir thoroughly and pour a third layer. Put it in the refrigerator until fully cured jelly
