A delicate pudding with nuts
This pudding would lead to delight the true connoisseurs of chocolate Goodies. Will not leave indifferent neither kids nor adults. Smooth chocolate, nutty with a crunchy sugar is very simple and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Vanilla essence

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Milk

    140 ml

  • Mint

Cooking

Melt the butter, add the milk, egg and a few drops of almond essence, beat well with a fork.

In another bowl mix the flour, baking powder, 40g sugar, cocoa and almonds.

Mix all the ingredients. The oven heat to 180 gr.

Pour the mass into molds, sprinkle with remaining sugar.

Cookie cutters to put in a deep baking tray on the bottom to pour hot water to cover the ramekins halfway. Bake for 15 minutes.
