Portions casserole of wild rice and apples
A very delicious dessert! Even she did not expect. My home the critics were very pleased! Already cooked wild rice to repeat. Simple, fast and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Wild rice

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

Ingredients - wild rice, cream, eggs, apples and sugar.

Cranberry sauce.

Pour the cream into a bowl. Break the eggs and pour the sugar. Mix well.

Dice apples ( do not make it too small ) and put in a deep container. There also put the rice, pour bowls of egg-cream mixture and mix well.

Cut out parchment circles with a diameter of 12 cm and put on the bottom of the forms. The size of the form inside 12 x 3.5 cm edges of the parchment and grease with margarine.

A good combination of wild rice and Apple! I don't think the other rice will be tastier. The Apple slices taste like jelly. A simple and quick recipe. Please enjoy!
