Description
Here decided finally to put my first recipe...I hope not the last;-))) In the beginning of summer for everyone who has a garden-a vegetable garden, are last year's homework, so I have accumulated a lot of Apple jam. Decided to dry this jam in a microwave oven, and – Hooray!- it turned out delicious candy. What I particularly liked: it is much faster than an oven, and the kitchen is not hot. Jam, a year ago, I made a recipe found on the "Scullion" the author ledi701 (special thanks!!!), and slightly changed it. Offer to test my method of cooking marshmallows, I hope someone will like it and find it useful!

Cooking
Take a jar of prepared Apple (or any fruit) jam. I had Apple and orange.
Shallow and wide container for the microwave (glass is better), lightly greased with sunflower oil and spread the jam layer with a thickness of 1-2 cm.
You can use small silicone molds, not lubricating. I tried to cook so and so, but in small I liked more - the cooking time is almost 2 times less, and cut then don't.
Put in a microwave oven at a power of 70%. The cooking time depends on thickness and "wetness" jam (mine was watery : -))), and from the power of the microwave oven. With my stove, with a power of 800 WATTS, I did it 3 times in 10 minutes (for glass containers) or 2 times for 10 minutes (small molds). After each cycle, need to open the stove and watch as the wafer dries. It is important to prevent burning.
Then after completely cool, cut into pieces and eat with tea, coffee, and just - instead of candy! We all liked the milk!!!
After a "carousel" our jam is transformed into an elastic rubber candy–viscous structure and a caramel flavor. Nice to eat!
