Cooking
With grapefruit to cut the skin.
With a sharp knife cut out the grapefruit segments.
From the remnants of squeeze the juice.
To the juice add the honey.
And olive oil. All mix well, to try may need to add a little lemon juice, if grapefruit get a small amount.
Onions cut thin half-rings. I'm not a big fan of raw onion, so I prefer it cold for salads. Leave it to your discretion.
On a plate put spinach, then the onion
And sprinkle lightly roasted on a dry pan with cashews. Bon appetit!
