Cream sauce with eggplant and Turkey
Especially for fans balaganchika! I like the sauce of the products that are always in the fridge. Highly recommend - quick and Sooo tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Fillet

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

It's very simple and very fast. Onions cut into small cubes. In a cast iron pan (I have a Zepter) put onion and fry it in small amount of vegetable oil. Turkey fillet cut into pieces, about 2*2 cm, and add to the onions, browned over high heat for 3-4 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash eggplants and slice them into circles, then another 4 parts. Add in the fried fillet and reduce the heat. Cover, simmer about 10 minutes until soft balaganchika.

Then add sour cream, salt, pepper to taste, mix well and simmer under the lid at moderate heat for 10 minutes.

Processed cheese grate on a coarse grater or just cut into slices and add to the pot.

Wait for the complete dissolution of the cheese, stir and remove from heat. When serving, sprinkle with chopped greens.

The sauce is too sweet, very creamy, the eggplant become soft and simply melt in your mouth! You can serve it with any side dish, delicious with rice or potatoes, but the pasta tastes the best!!
