I have left some veggies and rice from yesterday's recipe. So I came up with for them, today this combination. And so liked it, that, probably, I will often cook. Especially when I have guests fasting or vegetarian. Because it turned out delicious and festive.

Cooking
Take one bag of rice "bubble" TM "Mistral", to boil, as recommended on the box.
While the rice is cooking, cut the vegetables on a special grater as thin as possible strips.
Slice all the vegetables as shown in the photo.

Put boiled rice, salt and mix well.
In a Cup put 2 tablespoons of vegetable mayonnaise. You can buy in the store can be done. Recipes on the Internet a lot, to dwell on this will not.
In mayonnaise add 150 gr. vegetable broth. Add salt to taste, black pepper, coriander, nutmeg and saffron. Whisk hand blender.
