Chicken shashlik
Tender chicken kebab on skewers great addition to the festive and everyday table. And I'm still on Dukane.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    2 slice

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Wash the chicken, remove skin and cut into wedges

Make the marinade, in a blender grind the onion, garlic and lemon, mix with yogurt

Pour the chicken mixture and leave for a few hours in the refrigerator, the longer the better, I left for the day

Take the skewers and put them in cold water for 10 minutes. Next on each skewer strung chicken. Put on a baking pan (previously covered with baking paper), and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. After a time, turn over the skewer and put another 15 minutes. Avoid strong Browning of the chicken, thus it is easy to overdry
