This recipe came by accident. Liked its simplicity and uniqueness. Slightly adjusted the tastes of his family. Millet croquettes might be served as a main dish for lunch or dinner, and in the feast as a snack! Good in hot or cold!

Cooking
Measure out 400 g of millet, it must be very well rinsed with hot water. Pour into a saucepan, cover with cold water above the grains is approximately 5 cm salt to taste. Cook under a lid for about 30 minutes I cook in the slow cooker.
