Cooking
Sugar dissolved in warm milk, add a little flour (1 tbsp), yeast, stir and remove for 15 minutes in a warm place. Yeast I took half the sachet, but as the bags are all different, take the amount that is required for approximately 0.5 kg. of flour.
With oranges, remove the zest (large enough), squeeze the juice, it should be 80 ml.
Add to the dough melted in the juice butter (mixture should not be hot - 40*)
Put the egg and mix thoroughly. Add the flour to the desired consistency, knead the dough.
The finished dough grease with vegetable oil and put in a warm place until increase in 2-2,5 times. It took me about 30 minutes.
Prepare the mandarins. They should be sweet and seedless.
Roll out the dough approx. 0,3 cm, cut a plate the circles - this will be the base. Glasses cut out the smaller circles and inside hidden slice of Mandarin.
Collect buns on a baking sheet, leave for proofing for 20 minutes. I am smeared with milk, you can use any other lubricant. Send for 20 minutes in oven preheated to 180*. At this time the sugar dissolve on the stove with water and zest, cover with syrup finished rolls.
