  • Cocoa powder

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Lemon

  • Sugar

Prepare lemon cream: three zest the 3 lemons on a fine grater. (!) RUB gently, so as not to hit the white part, otherwise the cream will taste bitter

Add the sugar and zest mix thoroughly with the sand. The sand will become a nice yellow color. Let stand for 10-30 minutes (it will be a more intense lemon flavor).

Add the lemon juice (3 lemons) and mix. Add the eggs, whisk the mixture with a whisk.

To put the cream on a medium heat, add small pieces of butter and cook with constant stirring with a whisk until desired consistency. I have this process took 3-5 minutes.

Cookies grind. It is convenient to use a package and a rolling pin. To chopped liver add the cocoa, mix well. Melt butter, add to the liver. Mix thoroughly. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Put the resulting mass into shape, forming small side. Put bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven (t= 180 degrees). Cooling

Gelatin to soak for 5-7 minutes in boiled water. Give to swell. In the hot lemon curd (I have it a little cold, but I heated up), add swollen gelatin, heat with constant stirring until dissolved gelatin (!) but do not boil.

Garnish with lemon slices and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Serve the lemon cake is cooled, sprinkle with icing sugar or grated chocolate
