Meat balls
These bulbs will replace you your favorite cakes. Very suitable for those people who don't like very oily food. Personally, I like the usual fried chicken, and I decided to bake.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    0.5 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Semolina

    6 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Quail egg

    15 piece

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

  • Sesame

  • Bread

In minced meat add soaked in water or milk bread (which I pressed and shredded in a blender to pulp), grated on a fine grater carrots, grated garlic, mayonnaise, raw egg, semolina, nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. The stuffing should be very thick consistency. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours (I set at night).

Quail eggs boil hard boiled and remove the shell.

On the palm put 1 tbsp of stuffing inside to insert the egg and slipit egg with minced meat so that it was hidden in the middle of the ball (during the formation of the ball the hands need to moisten with water, so that the stuffing does not lip hands). Baking tray lay a parchment, grease with vegetable oil. On the parchment neatly lay out the balls and sprinkle sesame seeds on them. Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees 40 minutes. I got 15 balls. Nice!
