Description

Vietnamese rice with pineapple

First, it's very simple and fast, and secondly very impressive, and thirdly, like both women and men, and children. The main thing - to choose a good long-grain rice and ripe pineapple. This combination is often found in the menu of the Asian countries, but everywhere has its own characteristics: in Thailand, this rice cook with shrimp, in India is well seasoned with spices, in Korea, add the chicken. And in Vietnam, add the dried fruit, in my case, raisins and definitely fish sauce, but we have it, as they say, "the Amateur".
