Pork in plum sauce
Quick to prepare flavorful pork with a spicy gravy.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Juice

    0.5 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

  • Basil

  • Paprika sweet

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Fennel

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Pork cut into small pieces. Add spices, juice and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Set aside in a cool place for 2-3 hours.

On a heated pan pour vegetable oil and calcined. Lay on the prepared meat, cover and simmer on low fire, stirring from time to time.
