But the mood to make something long - was not (broken computer - a gift from her husband), so I stopped for a quick but very delicious recipe Ketti-lis Meringue Mocha. After making it, I faced the task of disposing of the yolks. In the fridge was a pack of cheese and 2 cheese cheese with cherries. Appeared mood, ideas come in the course of cooking. It turned out delicious! And I want to share with you the recipe, because I cooked for the first time and the recipe was from your head, to yourself (for the future) and for you, will result in "fixes" and improvements to make.

So, to start I made a pretty concentrated cherry compote from frozen (cherries home, we freeze fresh, unfortunately, with seeds) of cherries, 1/2 of sugar and water. Poured 200 ml of compote in a glass and set to cool. You can use a ready-made compote with cherries, sold in the store, or make yourself from the cherries.
Then a pack of cheese I mixed with 1/2 tbsp. sugar,
2 yolks and added 1 tsp of starch (cottage cheese was watery).
Greased form (I glass) with butter.
Put the cheese mass. I wanted to do layers, but at the last moment decided to experiment.
Next, I took the cottage cheese with cherries and blended with the remaining 2 yolks (sugar is not needed because the cheese is already sweet!).
I really wanted to somehow mark the cherry blossom (unfortunately the cheese had a strong cherry flavor, but not color), so I dripped a drop of food gel dye red.
In the future, if you make a compote of cherries, you can make cherry puree, take a simple cheese and add sugar. But you can from fresh cherries to make the puree, and cream add the cherry juice.
Then I put the cherry on top of the white cheese in the form.
Mix with a spoon to obtain marbling. For the future, to lay out better on the principle of putting some of the dough for the cake "Zebra", ie, 1 tbsp. spoon of dough a different color in the middle of the form, each color in the center of the previous. The top alignment.
I put in a cold oven, now in a heated and baked at a temperature of 160 gr. 20 minutes.
During this time I made a cherry custard. The idea of cream came to mind, remembering the beautiful "cottage Cheese casserole with pumpkin and orange cream," the boy KATICO (for which many thanks to her!). In a saucepan mix the egg with 2 tsp of starch. Mixed.
The mixture was poured cherry juice, thoroughly mixed.
Put to cook on a low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
In the cream I also added 1 tbsp of butter and stirred.
Took the casserole out of the oven, put cream on top.
Leveled, and put in the oven for another 20 minutes.
The top of the casserole a little dry and I greased it with butter.
After butchering the aforementioned dessert Ketti-lis I was left with a large crumb meringue, which I sprinkled on top of casseroles. You can use any ready-made meringue, just raskroshil it.
The casserole before serving, completely cooled (easier to cut and get out of shape).
