Cooking
Boil Penne al dente, (al dente) in Italian means “to the tooth” and describes the state of the paste when it is ready, but still quite solid and did not have time to soft after boiling. Wash and dry arugula, and Basil. Garlic to clean, chop and mix with olive oil.
Oil with garlic to add to the Penne and stir.
Grate the Parmesan cheese.
Arugula is better not to cut, and pick hands. Add arugula, cherry tomatoes and chopped anchovies to the Penne with butter, and gently mix.
The finished dish sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy how they look nice in the dish colors of the Italian flag.
