Ingredients

First you need to cook the broth. I took chicken breast and 2 drumsticks.

When the meat is a little sauce to boil, when it will collect the foam, add 1 onion that is finely chopped. Once the meat is ready, add to the potatoes and cook until tender.

And while our broth and the potatoes are cooked, do zazharku. Onions finely cut, carrots three on a small grater. on a heated pan pour little vegetable oil and I also add a tablespoon of butter. Fry the onion and carrots.

Parallel to make the dumplings themselves. To do this, take the eggs, add to them a pinch of salt, stir and little by little add the flour. The consistency should be like thick homemade sour cream

And when roasting and dumplings are ready, try our potatoes, if boiled, add zazharku and dialed the dough 1/4 of a tbsp. and drop into boiling broth.

And that's when our dumplings surfaced and ready, turn it off. You can add pepper or even some spices, throw in the greens ( I dill and parsley). Give the infusion 10 min. And serve with sour cream.
