Membrillo con queso y chocolate For a basis I took the old Spanish dessert. Quince in Spanish is called a beautiful word membrillo. Quince fruits in fresh condition, hardly used, of them boil the marmalade. Due to the high content of pectin marmalade of quince becomes so dense that it can be cut with a knife into thin plates. Instead of soft cheese I made whipped cottage cheese, dessert poured chocolate glaze.
Marmalade of quince can be cut into thin slices. It's delicious and good for digestion.
Curd grind with sugar, add vanilla, whipping cream and combine with the curd mass.
