Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Green onions

    100 g

  • Dill

    50 g

  • Parsley

    50 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Fish

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    40 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cooking

Fish fillets wash, dry and cut into small cubes. Green onions, dill and parsley wash and finely chop. Potatoes wash, peel and cut into thin slices.

Puff pastry to thaw at room temperature and roll out 5 mm thick. Should be a rectangle 30 × 40 inches, excess dough is cut off and put aside.

On the middle put the fish, salt and pepper.

Sprinkle onions.

Sprinkle with dill, parsley and drizzle the greens with vegetable oil (who loves olive).

Gently spread the potato slices and sprinkle lightly with salt.
