Spaghetti with cheese, tomato and Basil
Very easy to prepare dish. Suitable for all those who love pasta.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

  • Tomato

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Basil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

While the spaghetti are cooked, we cut the tomatoes in large pieces. The more tomatoes, the better. This time, unfortunately, I have had enough tomatoes, and the taste was a little not that. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Then pour into the pan a little sunflower oil, add to tomatoes, salt, pepper and put on medium heat just a couple of minutes

When the tomatoes will give the juice, add a teaspoon of ground Basil, and stir these ingredients, it moderates the heat to low.

Meanwhile, the spaghetti is ready. Wash them with cold water and sent to the pan the tomatoes, add grated cheese (sometimes add garlic) and mix everything thoroughly.

When the cheese is melted - you can bring to the table. The aroma of the whole apartment is guaranteed. Bon appetit!
