Chicken breast with mushrooms under cheese crust

Let's start with the fact that 2 cloves of garlic finely chop and pour 1/3 Cup of boiling water. Take the chicken fillet (breast). The breast itself is dry, so I don't really love her, but in this form it is very juicy. Cut lengthwise into pieces and pickle in soy sauce with spices. I usually take a seasoning for chicken, pepper and black pepper scented, and you can add herbs to taste. Leave for an hour or two to marinate. At that time, prepare the mushrooms (I have mushroom spawn of mushrooms, so training was only roasted with onions). If you have mushrooms, it is best to boil 5 minutes in salted water and then fry in butter with onions, season with salt and pepper.
