Cooking
Peel the carrots and onions.
Fry until cooked in vegetable oil rubbed on a medium grater carrots and chopped onion.
Pour the red lentils in a pot, cover with water, cook until Golden brown on low heat, about 5-10 minutes.
Put in a bowl of roasted carrots and onions, ready the lentils and croutons.
Mix before serving to crackers not soaked, and... Bon appetit!
