Description

Parfait apricot
"Gorenje: Christmas song" Whipped cream, egg-milk mixture, fruit puree. I use "Miracle milk" and baby fruit puree.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    10 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    10 Tbsp

  • Fruit puree

    115 g

Cooking

Egg yolks with sugar, add hot milk (I use "Miracle milk with peach and apricot", but you can milk), continuously stirring. Boil the mixture until thick, then strain and cool.

Well the whipped cream to combine with the berry puree. Give everything a good stir.

Whipped mass to combine with the cooled egg-milk mixture, stir well and pour into prepared small shapes (you can use a large one) to freeze.

In General, the parfait is frozen, Lido-salt mixture, but in the freezer it will be frozen for 3 hours. Before serving, decorate with tangerines, chocolate and sweets.
