Potatoes baked Ruddy
Eeeeh, sometimes it's fried potatoes with cucumber! :) I don't eat fried, how can that be? Offer an alternative - baked browned potatoes, without a single drop of oil!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Potatoes I love a freshly cooked, so cook it at once. Do not be afraid of cooking time - your efforts will need at least. So, turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Put to boil water in the kettle. Peel potatoes, cut into large chunks, put in saucepan.
