Stunning, airy, lemony and sooo easy to prepare cake. Add lemon icing and get double the fun.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

Cooking

Melt the butter

Mix all dry ingredients

Add the egg, juice and lemon zest, melted butter

Put in the microwave for 3 minutes at maximum power.

For the glaze, mix 1 tsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp sugar. In the microwave for 40 seconds. Ready glaze pour cupcake and enjoy)
