Description
Pasta with chicken livers and a sauce of leeks. Very tasty pasta. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Valerian under the name "Chicken liver curry and pasta" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Chicken liver cleaned and cut into 4-5 pieces.
The liver spread on a pan, add a little water and butter or oil, bring to readiness under the cover. Remove the cover, evaporate the fluid, if it remains, and add 1/3 of the leeks, cover again, leave on the fire until cooked onions.
Ready liver and leek salt, pepper and add oregano (oregano; it will mute the specific flavor of the liver and add an interesting flavor note). Fry all this until just brown the liver slices.
Cooking pasta. I had this here noodle. Cook for her, Express and return back to the pot, which is already connected with a piece of melted butter.
Prepare sauce: in a small amount of oil fry chopped garlic, add the remaining leeks and bake it until ready under the lid. Add sour cream or cream, salt, pepper, bring to a boil. The sauce is ready.
On a plate lay a nest of pasta, put on top of the liver and pour all this sauce.
