Chicken breast with vegetables in parchment
Tender chicken breast with assorted vegetables baked in parchment. A dark beer sauce gives the dish a pleasant bitterness.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Dark beer

    1 cup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Lime

    0.5 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Assorted vegetable

    1 cup

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Onion peeled, pepper to release the seeds and partitions, cut into rings. Garlic peel and chop. Vegetable mixture thaw.
