Quail in sauce with vegetables

Ingredients

  • Game

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Spices

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

The quail is cut into two pieces, RUB with salt and baharat spice.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry the quail until Golden.

Onion and garlic finely chop.

Carrot, pepper and tomato (forgot to take a picture) cut into cubes.

Potatoes peel and cut into small slices.

In a pot fry the onion with the garlic, then add the carrot, bell pepper and tomato. Saute for 5 minutes.

Then add the quail, the potatoes and pour hot water to blankets. Season with salt to taste. Simmer until the potatoes are done - about 15 minutes.

For a couple of minutes until cooked add the herbs of Provence, when serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions. Bon appetit!!!
