Another interesting recipe from the Internet. Pretty tasty baskets, especially cranberry cream, but, in my opinion, the dough is harsh, I want to replace it more tender and soft. I think that this perfect almond paste. Well, will have to prepare in still another embodiment.

Cooking
Make the dough: margarine(butter) knife chop the flour to form a crumb.

Now it is the turn of cream cranberries blanchere boiling water, puree them in a blender and RUB through a sieve.
Then take 100 g of cranberry juice (if not enough, you can top up with cold water), add the egg with sugar and stir.
Add the butter, put on a slow fire and cook until thick.
