Meat in Georgian vegetables
A desire to participate in the contest "Autumn tango" made me go to the neighbor and borrow pots ; she did not buy it because I can't find those to fit into the interior of my kitchen. Found among my clippings a simple recipe of Georgian cuisine, slightly changed it and made it. Home pleased, especially my husband - a great lover of meat.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    400 g

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Greens

  • Flour

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Dry red wine

    125 ml

  • Water

    125 ml

Cooking

Cut the meat into large pieces, pepper and salt and add to the bowl.

In a deep pan or cauldron pour oil,heat.Meat roll in flour on all sides and fry until Golden brown.

Onions cut into half rings and add to the meat. Fry until transparent.

Meat with onions pour into a bowl, add finely chopped greens, crushed walnuts, coriander and Khmeli-suneli. Mix well.

With tomatoes remove the skin and cut into cubes.

Pepper cut into strips.

Take 2 pots. At the bottom of each put a Bay leaf and a few peas black pepper. Put layers of tomatoes, then peppers, a little salt, then meat, then a layer of eggplant.

On top of the eggplant - again a layer of peppers and top with tomatoes.
