Pies of Filo pastry

First, let us filling. Nuts I gently crushed with a rolling pin. In cottage cheese add nuts and 1-2 tsp of brown sugar. Mix well.

Ready pasties spread on a baking tray, on baking paper or a silicone Mat, brush with remaining melted butter and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Billet pies can be stored under cover in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days and bake just before serving, for example for Breakfast.
