Pancakes with cottage cheese in sour cream soufflé
What can I say about this recipe... it is very tasty, I will prepare more than once and it was so filling! Preparing for a festive family dinner, everyone was delighted. Recipe found on another cooking site, the idea of the recipe thanks cook olaswan. They are delicious hot, but when they are completely cool and infusions, it's just incredible! I recommend to serve chilled.

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cook pancakes according to Your favorite recipe! I was making crepe pancakes.

Baked in vegetable oil "Oleina". For casseroles, we need about 10-15 pancakes.

Before you take the souffle, you need to include to warm up the oven to 200 degrees. Beat eggs in a bowl, add the sugar, oil and beat on high speed of mixer in a magnificent mass. Add sour cream and vanilla, whisk again for approximately 1 minute.
