Cooking
Quickly knead the dough,make a ball and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Table sprinkle with flour,roll out the dough into a circle and put in smazano the form of oil to the sides. On top of the dough to put parchment paper and on the paper put the peas or fasoi. Bake in the oven at 200C for 20 minutes.
The cake to cool,sprinkle with chopped almonds.
Strawberries cut into 4 pieces and put on top of nuts.
Cook the jelly according to the instructions on the package. Pour the strawberry jelly.
The edges of the cake sprinkle chopped almonds,optional garnish with leaves of fresh mint(the mint you I was not). Bon appetit!
