Description

Delicate crepes in chicken broth
Version of the crepes for savory fillings, pancake pies, kurnikov.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Salt

    0.75 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Pour the flour mound in the center make a recess, break egg into center, add salt, sugar, milk. Knead the dough.

Gradually add broth, knead the dough.

In the finished dough add restofline butter. Bake, carefully turning ( the pancakes very tender. I usually flip the pancakes, throwing up).
