Cooking
First, take 200 g of flour and make a well in the middle of the recess. In the middle, add the yeast and warm milk. Knead the dough, then sprinkle the resulting gingerbread man with flour, cover the bowl with a towel and give it a little go.

Mix the melted butter with Apple syrup, egg and pepper. All connect with our dough. Add the remaining flour, kneading the elastic dough. In necessary, add more flour. It should easily break away from the walls of the bowl, be soft and elastic. Again cover the dough and put a towel on the delay until the volume did not increase in 2 times.
Do some cooking cream. Mix the flour with the sugar, orange zest and vanilla. Then add the yolks and a little milk, stir to get smooth consistency. Then add rest of the milk, then white wine, all mix well.

In the middle lay a BlackBerry. Lightly sprinkle it with sugar. Bake the pie at 180 degrees until the dough is ready, and Apple roses will be a beautiful Golden color. Allow the pie to cool and put in refrigerator for 1-1,5 h then removed from the mold. All Bon appetit and summer mood:)
