Cooking
Fillet of trout (or whatever Your chosen fish) defrost and cut in half lengthwise into long slices. The onion cut into length of about 4 cm, and the white part is more shallow. As well cut greens. Garlic cut into slices, carrots – sliced or asterisks.
Vystelim a baking sheet with foil spread on the bottom peeled and cut into thin slices potatoes (1-2 series). On top of potatoes pour the white part of onion and a little garlic. Can be slightly prisolit. Fish sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with spices, put on top of the garlic, onion and herbs and turn rolls.
Rolls spread on potatoes, on top of each roll – star carrot.
Distribute the remaining carrots around the rolls, and each roll put a teaspoon of mayonnaise.
Close all foil. The edges of the foil are folded up, spinning them so the fluid does not escape into the pan. We put our fish in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Then unfold the foil (Carefully! She's hot!) and again put in oven already in the clear for 10 minutes to get our rolls are slightly browned. Serve right in the foil, tucked the edges,
