Cooking

step-0
To roll took a couple of average fish, left 600 g fillet. Shredded fillet in a blender, added pre-soaked in milk bread and chopped onion. Then I remembered that lying around in the fridge syrochek processed, and he was severely crushed. I don't like the taste of grilled walleye, so I decided to score it with marjoram and Basil, added some salt, the beef is ready! While preparing beef, boiled until half-cooked carrots, because I decided to put it together. In the original, raw carrots rubbed with straw. The cheese I bought, so I cut the medium size sticks, nuts - large. Lettuce washed, touched.
step-1
In a pre-prepared form (made the paper a little bit it was promasil) put half of the minced meat. Lettuce laid in a row on top of each other, they laid out the nuts.
step-2
The nuts - cheese.
step-3
Top left, a few feathers green onions and carrots.
step-4
Rolled up roll.
step-5
Got it in the form of meat, a little slammed.
step-6
Set on top of the remaining stuffing, put some whipped cream on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
step-7
Put our rolls in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. I did not sear longer for fear that the rolls will be dry, but in vain..
step-8
And it looks like a ready sliced loaf in 25 minutes!
step-9
For my taste need more toppings from cheese and walnuts, was limited to this number due to the size of a large baking dish. The meatloaf was very tender and delicious! It's a bouquet for you from me in anticipation of the may holidays!!
