Cooking

step-0
Mix cocoa, sugar, milk. Add 100 gr. butter 82,5% TM Ekomilk. On medium heat bring to dissolve the sugar. Cool.
step-1
Biscuit grind in combine or grater. You can use biscuits or bread crumbs, but the cake turns out tender.
step-2
Add the biscuit to the butter mixture and stir. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
step-3
The formed cakes in the form of a Popsicle. The mass is well molded, does not stick to hands. Insert a wooden stick would be even better if you have it from ice cream. Put in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
step-4
For the glaze melt the white chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave. Add 40 gr. butter Ekomilk TM of 82.5% at room temperature, stir. If the mass is beginning to flake, do not worry, keep stirring, it will become homogeneous. A spoon add the cream and bring to desired thickness. To cover the four cakes on two sides of this glaze is enough. Also a glaze of dark chocolate. Use 2 tiles and 80 gr. butter, spoonful by spoonful add the cream.
step-5
On plastic wrap spread billet and coated with chocolate on one side. Put in the fridge for 30-60 minutes. Then take it out, turn it over and cover with glaze from the other side. If you use dressing, then you need to add it in the second coating. And can and does cover only one side, then chocolate will need less.
step-6
Remove again in the fridge before serving. A stick does not hold, it is only for entourage, because cakes are very delicate.
