I have long wanted to try out the potato dough. Tried. The result exceeded my expectations: the dough is soft, fluffy! And I decided to bake for my family fish pie. Welcome to recipe!

Cooking
To start preparing the potato dough. For lack of a bread machine, knead the dough in the traditional way. In warm milk dissolve the yeast, sugar, salt, mashed potatoes (prepared without lumps), egg. Gradually add the sifted flour, knead thoroughly, at the end add the vegetable (sunflower) oil. Put the container with the dough in a warm place, after covering with a lid or a linen napkin.
Wait until the dough rises, increase in the amount of 1.5 - 2 times. As rise, punch down, it will decrease slightly in volume, back cover. After punching the dough rises much faster.
While the dough rises, make filling. First you need to boil in salted water until half cooked rice. Drain it in a colander, rinse under running water. Onion peeled, cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Fish fillets (I used hake) cut into cubes. Melt the butter. Mix rice, onion, fish, melted butter, salt and pepper to taste. I also added 1 tsp dried Basil, dill, on your choice.
The ready dough (after the second punching) to be divided into several parts. I had planned to bake a small pie, the dough was a bit more than you need. For the pie you need 2 pieces (a piece of) dough: more for the bottom part where you laid out the stuffing, and a smaller one to cover the filling. Alternately roll both pieces, form choose depending on the shape of your baking pan (round or rectangular).
The bottom layer of roll out and spread on a baking sheet so that the edges protrude beyond the sides of the pan (this is to zasypaniya pie). Gently spread the filling. Roll out the top layer, cover the filling and zasiyaet edges so that they are not open during proofing and baking. The cake can be decorated with pieces of the remaining dough.
Grease the pie with beaten egg. Put in preheated oven. Temperature of 180-200 degrees. The time depends on your oven - until a beautiful Golden color.
