Cake with chocolate-orange cream

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Chicken egg

  • Mascarpone

Greased split mold 24 cm butter and sprinkle with flour. Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath, allow to cool. Butter, vanilla sugar, 100 g of sugar and salt, beat with a mixer. Beat in the eggs one by one. Add flour, baking powder and stir. Add the melted chocolate.

Pour the dough into the form and bake at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to stand for 15 minutes, then freed from the mold and allowed to cool.

For the cream peel the oranges, removing the films. The flesh is cut into pieces. Film squeeze and collect the juice.

In cold water soak the gelatin. Mascarpone cheese, orange juice, spices, 100 g of sugar mix. Beat 3 minutes with mixer. Squeeze the gelatin. On low heat or in the microwave to dissolve and mix it with 2 tablespoons of the cream. After adding to the main mixture and stir.

Put a ring around the finished cake, spread orange cream and put into the fridge for 3 hours.
