Description
These cookies are prepared on the basis of semolina from simple ingredients, and it is good because it solves the problem of disposing of sour milk, although I often make yogurt. Recipe taken from the book "Home baking" for 1999. Cookies from this portion a lot, so today I'll do half portions of all required foods.

Cooking
Here all the necessary products.
Combine the semolina with sour milk or kefir. Mix well and allow to stand for five hours.
Whisk eggs with sugar until white.
Add to egg-sugar mixture present semolina with yogurt. All mix well.
Added to our dough, softened margarine or butter and again stir everything up.
Add the vanilla, baking soda, sifted flour and knead well the dough. Flour may take more or less, so let's just not all of the flour and add it gradually. The dough should be soft but not stick to hands, so you can roll it out into a thin layer.
Roll out the dough thinly, about 0.5 cm.
Cut with glass or cookie cutter circles of dough.
Put biscuits on a baking sheet.
You can decorate the cookies with raisins or nuts. Put the trays in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 25 minutes. Look at your oven.
