Cooking
Sugar fill with water (270 ml), add a little turmeric for color. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until a thin thread.
Wash the rice with cold water, recline in a colander, and give all the water to drain.
Wash the apples, peel and remove the core. Cut into small cubes (about 1 cm).
My raisins, nuts slightly grind. Mix.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom, a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil heated. Pour into the heated oil cloves, cinnamon and cardamom. Lightly fry.
In a pot pour the rice, mix well with butter. Fry until slightly transparent. Then fill it with boiling water (1,5-2 cups). Stir, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
Remove half of the rice. Put the apples, nuts and raisins.
Cover the top with rice, pour the syrup. Again cover with a lid and cook for further - another 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat, leave for 10 minutes to go (cover not open).
