Pancakes from bran with fruit and ricotta
Very healthy Breakfast or dessert with bran and fruit, sour berry sauce D arbo - zest taste, especially since there is almost no sugar in it, would highly recommend to anyone watching their waistlines or just want to pamper loved ones. Fritters fried just a couple of minutes, and delicious Breakfast on the table! One serving 150ккал.

  • Ricotta

  • Bran

The dough I prepared the night before. The more bran will stay in the milk the better, they will swell and give volume. I stood in the night, but if You do in the morning, then pour the bran with the milk for 30 minutes. Next, add starch, salt, sugar. Mix well.

Pancake pan greased with oil (I do this with a cooking brush) and to fry fritters. Of this amount, the test came out 10 pieces. The total caloric value of all portions of pancakes - 250ккал. Ie 1pcs - 25ккал.
