Cooking
The dough I prepared the night before. The more bran will stay in the milk the better, they will swell and give volume. I stood in the night, but if You do in the morning, then pour the bran with the milk for 30 minutes. Next, add starch, salt, sugar. Mix well.
Pancake pan greased with oil (I do this with a cooking brush) and to fry fritters. Of this amount, the test came out 10 pieces. The total caloric value of all portions of pancakes - 250ккал. Ie 1pcs - 25ккал.
A glass of suitable diameter to cut out circles from the pancakes. You can, of course, this is not done, it's a purely aesthetic component of the recipe.
Fruit cut into slices. Take any fruit of Your choice.
Pancakes covered with a layer of ricotta (cottage cheese), spread fruit and so do all the layers. Just 3-4 on Your taste, for serving use 4-5 pancakes.
At the top we spread a little ricotta and a spoonful of cranberry sauce D arbo. It will add the missing sweetness of the dessert and savoury acidity.
