Cooking
To prepare the dough we will need: flour, egg, yolks, cream, sugar, cocoa, butter and baking powder.
Combine all ingredients except flour and baking powder and mix.
Slowly introduce the flour with the baking powder and will whisk until, so the test is not lumps.
On a heated pan, add a knob of butter so the pancakes don't burn.
Pour 2 tablespoons of the dough on the hot pan.
Pancake should rise, then roll him to the other side.
Banana peel and cut into wedges.
Fry with 2 sides for 2 minutes.
For the caramel combine in a saucepan the sugar, butter and 20 ml of water.
Cook the syrup on slow fire 5-7 minutes. It will boil several times.
Pancakes put on top of each other, decorate with banana and pour the syrup.
Delicious, hearty and not oily fritters are ready.
